/ the products i've been loving recently...

/ my bottle of estee lauder bronze goddess is nothing new, i've had it for verging on a year now. despite this and the fact i'm not a summer sort of person though, i could not wait to start wearing this scent again. i'm a big fan of coconut scents and this encapsulates suncream, pina coladas - all the best bits of a sunny getaway really! the scent doesn't fade away in a hurry and the bottle is so beautiful too, so its a firm ten/ten from me and easily my favourite summer perfume.

/ after some delay i've finally got onto the liquid lipstick train. i'm yet to fight for a kylie lip kit or kat von d shade, but i have had a little dabble with the nyx soft matte lip creme in stockholm. to sum it up, it is the more affordable and comfortable lipstick version of the m.a.c liner boldly bare; a product i've virtually sharpened down to a stub, i love the colour so much. it smells fruity, doesn't dry my lips and fades to a pretty stain so is something i'd definitely recommend for the summertime.

/   the liz earle cleanse & polish skincare set for oily skin acts as my introduction into the world of luxury skincare. before, i never had a strict skincare regime. mostly i just used some micellar water and called it a night. however, after making a little splurge online at boots i'm certain it was the right choice investing in these products. they're inoffensive, gentle and make my skin feel squeaky clean and under control - definitely a group of products i'd recommend if your skin is oily and unpredictable like mine.

/   on a similar note, m.a.c's oil control lotion has been a god-send at keeping my makeup in place this month. i'm not the type to touch up throughout the day, frankly i'm far too lazy. this primer does a wonderful job of counteracting my oily complexion and has quickly worked up the ranks into my absolute beauty essentials.

/   i've been on the hunt for the perfect, natural-looking blusher for some time now, but because i have such on-off moments with them i've found i grow disinteresting pretty quickly when trying to seek one 'the one'. in m.a.c brighton however, one of the lovely assistants did the leg-work for me and picked out pinch me. a flushed rose with a hint of warmth running through, its the perfect transeasonal product to add some colour to my cheeks without being too obvious.

/ fresh flowers at my desk make all the difference in my bedroom, so i had to show them some love. i got a lovely bouquet from my mum this month which i posted on ig and being that its peony season, i couldn't resist grabbing a bunch of those too. some might think they're a waste of money but having flowers in my workspace instantly gives me more motivation, plus they make for pretty blog photo props.

/ the anthropologie capri blue candle scent is a force to be reckoned with. full of sugared fruits, this is easily my most favourite candle to date and the full size will be the first thing to go on my birthday list this year.

/ i'm seriously contemplating wearing this next bra as a top, i shit you not. with a caged back, satin base and lace detailing it is the most intricate piece of underwear i've seen on the highstreet, and for only £12. i rarely stray from these lace bralets nowadays as they're so comfortable and look bomb under baggy vests or camisoles, so straight away, i've come to truly value this piece in my wardrobe.

/ topshop mom jeans and birkenstocks are all i've lived in when it comes to weekend attire at the moment. since starting a new job in an office, i've truly missed my blue denim pieces and always look forward to the opportunity to wriggle into these come friday for a nineties-inspired look - easily my favourite style era. the birks teamed with these jeans and a slouchy t-shirt make for the comfiest combination and together contribute to the off-duty style that i love to wear so much.

what are your june favourites?
